Sales Coordinator

What will be your responsibilities?
 

  • You coordinate sales activities of Arteco coolants to Chevron and TotalEnergies affiliates.
  • You develop and support globally coolant activities of both parent companies by promoting existing products or introducing new products.
  • You provide technical support to different contacts of Chevron and TotalEnergies affiliates.
  • You are responsible for updating price lists monthly.
  • You have a key role in Forecasting (quarterly) and Budgeting (yearly) and actively manage Credit and Payment issues in cooperation with Arteco Accounts Receivable and Customer Service.
  • You work closely together with colleagues from different departments (Customer Service, Sales, Product Management, Purchasing, …)
  • You act as back-up for Area Sales Managers (Europe and Africa) during their absence; provides technical support to existing customers, answers price requests and occasionally coordinates projects.

What makes you the right candidate for this role?

At Arteco we require sales people to be aware of everything related to the customer (pricing, product technology, logistics, HS&E, etc.) and not just the price. As a result, the Sales Coordinator combines a bachelor or master degree, preferably in chemistry, with strong commercial and technical skills. 

  • You develop a good technological product knowledge as well as a good knowledge of Arteco customer portfolio.
  • You have the capabilities to coordinate projects.
  • You have strong communication skills, both written and oral, in Dutch and English.
  • This function requires occasional travelling.
