For our headquarters in Ghent, we are looking for a detail-oriented team player to lead our non-financial reporting efforts, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our quality assurance processes.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Non-financial data reporting:
You will lead the coordination of non-financial data reporting in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) guidelines.
You ensure accurate and timely reporting of sustainability metrics, including environmental, social, and governance data, in close collaboration with various departments.
You will oversee carbon reporting and monitoring by working with different departments to track and reduce carbon emissions. Analyze ESG data and identify trends to minimize the company's carbon footprint. - Quality Assurance:
You monitor internal and external audit reports and assist in the development and execution of action plans.
You provide problem-solving support for complaints and other quality-related issues to foster continuous improvement.
You work closely with the Quality, Health and Safety Manager to organize internal training sessions, and develop presentations for management review meetings. - Product Stewardship Support:
You assist with product stewardship activities, ensuring compliance with product regulations and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) updates. You collaborate with external partners to follow up on SDS changes and compliance requirements.
You coordinate and complete customer questionnaires, gathering necessary data and maintaining an overview of shared information. - Legislation Database Maintenance:
You prepare and submit legally required reports and registrations on time. You develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc sustainability reports for internal and external stakeholders, including monthly KPI reports and questionnaires.
What makes you the right candidate for this role?
- You possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in environmental science, sustainability, or quality management.
- You have expertise or strong interest in sustainability reporting and quality assurance.
- You demonstrate strong collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
- You have analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, interpret trends and provide meaningful insights to metrics.
- You have a good attention to detail, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
- You demonstrate strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
